![]() It really messes her up with Marco sort of dangling himself out there, but then he’s also constantly hurrying back to Star. See, Hekapoo’s more emotionally invested in Marco than Kelly is, due to all the years they spent (sorta) together. We only see Marco’s rebound relationship with Hekapoo after it’s already near the breaking point. Neither is looking for a real relationship, and they both know it. A little rebound flirting between Marco and Kelly is healthy for both of them. It’s not like she’s deeply invested in Marco or anything, it’s just feels nice to have some attention. She could use some rebound flirting herself. It’s different with Kelly, since she’s also emotionally reaching out for a rebound. Marco’s probably not even consciously aware of the vibes he’s sending out, but Janna would definitely see it. He’s also just had a breakup, so he’s emotionally reaching out for a rebound. He’s emotionally confused since he’s obviously got it bad for Star but Star’s got a boyfriend now. So Janna avoids the awkwardness and the problem and just hypno-sleeps him instead.Īnd Janna knows where Marco is mentally. Obviously, Janna’s okay with blowing into Marco’s hair when it’s casual (to her), but Janna’s not mentally prepared for something more serious. How’s that going to work out? Awkward! Marco’s already starting off real awkward and it’s just going to get worse. They’re not truly alone, Star’s right there in front of them in the mirror. Marco’s starts to hit on Janna, sure, but look at the circumstances. So, she doesn’t want to mess up her chance with him, as if that’ll ever happen. I headcanon that Janna’s been obsessed with Marco for as long as he was obsessed with Jackie. But then…she does check out Marco’s butt before seemingly ignoring him, so… I’m also one sided Janco trash, though, so I was disappointed that Janna hypno-slept Marco rather than take the chance to hang out with him alone. I’ve caught up on Star vs the Forces of Evil, and I love it! I’m such a sucker for the Starco drama show. But then she revived everyone, including a deceased Minako who died prior to the final battle, removing herself and Mamoru from everyone's memories until they eventually return when their friends remember them.I am Janco trash in this TED talk I will… But it does have two planet busters, one being Usagi as seen when she used the Silver Crystal to life-wiped the entire Earth in a fit of despair during the series finale. The live action series is reduced in power extent compared to the anime and manga, due to being a retelling of the first arc. Sailor Moon, when faced with this enemy, reaches a form powerful enough to allow her to reset the entire universe and return her friends to normal again, so they can live together and no longer have to fight. It is here she fights against her rival, Sailor Galaxia, and learns the existence of a pseudo-abstract entity known as Chaos. As depicted in the original manga and Sailor Moon Crystal, the series has many faster than light characters, and reside in the City Block to Low Multiversal range of power.ĭuring the series, the transformations of the characters make them increasingly powerful, and they have a lot of hax, as well.Īnd then in the final arc, Usagi makes it her mission to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron, which is a supermassive place at the center of the galaxy. While it might not look it on the surface, the Sailor Moon series is a very powerful universe. The series follows the adventures of Usagi Tsukino, a lazy crybaby who discovers that she is actually a reincarnated princess of the moon who fights to protect the earth alongside her Sailor Guardians. It is among the most recognized and popular manga to date and has been adapted in other media that include a five season anime in the 90s, a 2003 live-action retelling of the first arc, a 2010s web anime, and over twenty video games. Sailor Moon is a manga series created by Naoko Takeuchi that ran from 1992 to 1997. ![]() ![]() ![]() PLEASE NOTE: Even though this will be published on 6/27, I’m writing it on 6/26 prior tocompleting the final draft of my essay for Kelly’s section. If you have a soprano, concert or tenor ukulele, you’ll be using the same tuning method called GCEA tuning. The first thing to know about tuning ukuleles is that not all ukuleles are tuned the same way. Here, we’ve put together the most commonly asked questions about how to tune a ukulele so that you can stop digging for answers and finally start strumming your (tuned) uke! The not so awesome thing about the internet is that, well, now you have to sort through all of that information, deciphering between a bunch of different websites and piecing together what tidbits of knowledge work for you and what doesn’t. The awesome thing about the internet is that you’re just a click away from a wealth of information. Simply tune your ukulele string until it sounds the same as the corresponding note played on the guitar. So, you just got your hands on your first ukulele and chances are, unless you’ve ever tuned another stringed instrument before, you’re feeling pretty lost! The G, C, E, and A ukulele strings correspond to the following notes on the guitar: This method is ideal if you’re playing along with a guitarist. In a similar way to tuning with a piano, you can use a tuned guitar to tune your ukulele. The diagram below illustrates which piano keys correspond to the G, C, E, and A notes. This method involves playing notes on the piano and tuning the respective string on your ukulele until it sounds the same as the piano note. If you have a tuned piano (or a keyboard) available, then this is a great way to tune your ukulele because pianos can be used as a reference. It’s worth noting that there are alternative ways to go about relative tuning this is just one of them. This method is quite fiddly and can take some getting used to. Play the G string and tune it until it sounds the same as the A string. Finally, place your finger on the 2nd fret of the G string. Play the C string and tune it until it sounds the same as the E string. Now put your finger on the 4th fret of the C string, and this note should be an E. Begin by playing the E string with your finger on the 5th fret, which should be an A note, and tune the E string with the tuning pegs until it sounds the same as the A string. We have broken the method down into steps below: By assuming that this one string is in tune, we adjust the others. With relative tuning it is ideal to begin with one string that you feel is somewhat close to being in tune. It involves tuning the strings relative to one another, so it is a bit tricky and not always 100% accurate, but it’s okay if you’re playing alone or as a last resort. Relative tuning is a method you can use when you’re really stuck and have nothing available to help tune your ukulele. Some tuning apps that we recommend are: Pitched Tuner, gStrings Tuner. Phone Ukulele Tuner Appsįun Fact: There are apps that do this exact same thing! You can go download it on your smartphone right now, and start tuning! This is very convenient for on-the-go tuning, and it can be a much cheaper alternative. NOTE: Set your tuner to 440hz, no flat symbols, if it has these functions. Adjust your tuning knobs according to the readings until it's in perfect tune. Play a string on your ukulele, and the device will tell you if it's in tune or not. To use a chromatic tuner, is very straightforward. This allows you to check the intonation of your ukulele as well as adjust to non-standard tunings. A chromatic tuner would be the best option, because it will detect every single note. Some tuners are instrument specific and may only tune certain notes. Electronic Ukulele Tuning With A Chromatic TunerĮlectronic tuners are a very simple way to tune your ukulele. To create a more rounded even sound, some people prefer to string their ukulele with a low G string rather than a high G. The open strings on a ukulele are most commonly tuned to the notes G, C, E, and A. Of course, the way you choose to tune your ukulele depends on what you have available at the time, but it’s good to know how each approach works. ![]() You’ll learn about using electronic tuners, relative tuning, tuning with a piano, and with a guitar.
